Do I have to pay up front?
Absolutely not. Allied’s preferred method of payment is a certified cashiers check presented to the driver upon delivery. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will run your card on the load date to ensure smooth delivery.
What if I have to cancel?
Here at Allied, we understand that life does not always go as planned. There is no penalty for cancellation.
How much notice do you need to book a move?
Generally, we like to have three weeks notice, but it’s never too early to lock in a date.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Once your move is booked, and assigned to a driver, the driver will select a day within your delivery window. He/she will also call you 24 hours prior to deliver.
